ZAXZO will accept your return or exchange of unworn, as new and defective merchandise by mail.
If you're planning on making a purchase from ZAXZO, it's important to understand their return policy to ensure that you're able to return any items that don't meet your expectations. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
ZAXZO allows returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. This applies to most items, but there are some exceptions, so be sure to check the item description before making your purchase. A return must be in its original inner packaging with all packed material included.
Returns are done by mail to ZAXZO’s return address. To make your return by mail, you'll need to provide proof of purchase to receive credit for your return.
1. You must be able to evaluate the product to see if you want to keep it. This does not mean that you can use the product and then return it with signs of use.
2. The product must not be worn or used in other ways, making the product no longer in new condition.
3. The product packaging may not be used as a shipping box and may not contain any tears. Pack the product with packaging in a box as we did when delivering it to you.
4. Before you return the product, we must be aware that you are returning it.
5. You are responsible for the return, the costs will not be reimbursed by us.
We are happy to send you a discounted shipping label you can print and attach to your return package. Contact us at estore@zaxzo.com for your return label.
If you don't provide proof of purchase, the item may be credited at its current selling price as a merchandise credit.
If you receive a gift from ZAXZO and need to make a return, you'll receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender, as long as you return the item within 30 days of the transaction date.
Final sale merchandise (merchandise with a .77 price ending) cannot be returned or exchanged. Reduced price merchandise with "Final Sale" in the description or a .77 price ending prior to any discount may not be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer price adjustments for full priced items bought right before a sales.
