Start a return

Make sure the return address entered is exactly the same as the one used when your order was placed so we can process your return
Print your invoice/receipt for purchase or use the invoice/receipt found in the original shipment
Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition and box, including inner packaging
Use the packaging your order was received in if it’s still in good condition. If not, get a well fitting box so the return cost stays low
Weigh the packed and seal shipping box.We’ll need the total weight to create a return label.
Contact us with the info above to get a prepaid discount shipping label at estore@zaxzo.com. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package. We will email the discounted return label to you within our office hours
Print and securely attach your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing on the box
Drop it off at your nearest USPS shippings location
